With the 16g threaded cartridges, it can fill a large (26” x 1.95”) MTB tire to 40psi (2.7bar) in a single shot, 25g cylinders are perfect for 700 C x 28 mm tires to 125psi (8.6bar).
- COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT: CO2 cartridges are so light and compact, easy to carry around in your saddle bag, backpack, attached on bottle cage holes & under saddles. The CO2 cartridges are full of compressed air and can inflate flat tire in a matter of seconds with little effort. But once filling a tire with these CO2 cylinders, within 24 hours or so, replace the CO2 in the repaired tire, being a small molecule, will leak out after a day. So don't forget to pump it up before your next ride.
- COMPATIBLE FOR ALL THREADED CO2 INFLATORS: 3/8" - 24 TPI, our CO2 Cartridges 16g / 25g have a standard 3/8" diameter thread with 24 threads per inch, so they are compatible with most brands of CO2 inflators having threaded connections. Note: Once the CO2 is released, the cartridge and inflator head will get extremely cold, so it pays to wear gloves or buy CO2 cartridges with protective sleeves to protect your hands.
- UNIVERSALLY COMPATIBLE: Our 16-gram or 25-gram co2 cartridges are perfect for road and mountain bike tires, 16g CO2 cartridges inflate a road tire to 100 psi and a MTB tire to approx. 40psi. You can use them for inflating bicycle tires but they're also perfect for inflatable life vests that require a 25g CO2 cartridge. Note: CO2 gas is ‘not’ food grade. For safety reasons - do not screw in and store a CO2 cartridge into an inflator head until needed for operation.
- WARNING: Never store the cartridges in or near any hot place, such as under direct sunshine, near a heat source or left in a car. Never use low quality CO2 head. Make sure the device has fully punctured the head of the cartridge. If not, or you find that the gas being released very slowly or the gas is freezing the head, discharge the gas for a few minutes until the bottle is fully empty, then dispose of properly.
