Startups pitched to investors and discussed funding.
Noida, Uttar Pradesh | October 2026
Foxhog Ventures participated in the Investor Summit 2026 hosted by Founders Connect in Ofis Square Tower, Sector 3, Noida giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their ideas, talk to investors and discuss funding requirements. Foxhog were a part of the investor panel.
Pitching, Funding and Networking
Founders pitched their businesses to investors. Foxhog’s team attended the pitching sessions and had discussions with founders around their funding requirements. This allowed the team to get a real insight into the challenges faced by early stage companies whilst also allowing founders to get early feedback on their business models.

Why Meet Investors
Investors will consider market demand, customer requirements, revenue and how the start-up will use their funding. By meeting them face-to-face founders can identify any gaps within their plans and improve their product. Open communication builds trust and helps founders build relationships with mentors, partners, and potential investors.
Tips for Founders
There were many takeaways from the summit which are great tips for early stage founders:
Do your research on the investors and understand what kind of businesses they back.
Keep it simple. Ensure you can explain what problem you’re solving, your solution, your target market and business model.
Know your numbers. Be prepared to talk about your costs, pricing, revenue and how you’ll use the funding.
Be open to feedback. Investors will ask questions which can highlight areas to work on.
Have a professional follow up. Send a brief message to continue the conversation.
Funding Opportunities in India
India offers a variety of options for founders. Depending on your stage and goals you could bootstrap, get angel investment, seed funding or venture capital. Not all founders will need to fund their business to grow. Some may benefit from working on their sales or validating their customer demand.
Opportunities for Rural & Smaller Cities
Entrepreneurs from rural and smaller cities often don’t have as many opportunities to meet investors in person. Attending events like Investor Summit 2026 can help with this. Entrepreneurs based in tier 2/3 cities can utilise these platforms to validate their ideas, get feedback from customers and form relationships with those that can assist them in growing their business.
Overall
Founder and Investor events are a great opportunity within the growing startup scene in India. Foxhog Ventures attending shows their enthusiasm to meet entrepreneurs and have open conversations with startups and investors.
