Foxhog and Ustart (Toweb Technologies) will not formalise the Investment by Foxhog, and any agreement will be void.
This decision has been taken due to recent changes in Automotive rules and changes in FDI Rules by the US Govt. where Ustart was not ready to wait and comply with the complaince which led them to withdraw their applicaiton.
It is the internal decision of the company, keeping the benefits of both the company reserved.
